I help busy, overwhelmed women — especially moms — reclaim their energy, regulate their nervous system, and create calm, nourishing rhythms that support their well-being from the inside out.
I know firsthand how it feels to look like you have it all together on the outside, but inside, you’re running on fumes — exhausted, anxious, reactive, and disconnected from the version of yourself you miss the most. That used to be me too.
I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, and Inner Voice Facilitator, with over a decade of experience in supporting women’s transformation. My unique approach combines nervous system regulation, mindful living, breathwork, habit support, and aligned planning — so you’re not just “getting things done,” but actually feeling good while doing them.
I created Rooted Rhythm Studio™ to be a safe, supportive space for women to slow down, reconnect with their inner voice, and build a life that feels grounded and life-giving — not just busy and productive.
